Meet the Executive Team:

Peter Howarth-Jarratt PGCE – CEO
8 years teaching experience, exam moderator, published author and award winning educational resource developer. Peter is a sought after speaker and consultant on the future of work-related education.

Peter had the vision when he was Head of Faculty in a large secondary school. The vision was to bridge the gap between education and industry using media and technology. His success in classroom practice and therefore exam results quickly gained recognition and fervent interest.

Ellen Penrith PGCE - Managing Director
5 years teaching experience and a degree in multi-media. Ellen joined the company after succesfully running her own company. She has been Business Advisor for Education Business Partnership and still gives regular talks at Women in Business days. She received national attention for co-ordinating a National Diploma course for gifted and talented students that took students out of school to learn. Ellen continues to use her entrepreneurial skills to develop the strategic plan for the company.

David Ortiz - Business Development Director

Eight years of magazine publishing working with both consumer and B2B client publishing. Client base including Time Warner, London Fashion Weekend, Futures and Options Association, Airbus, Eurex and German British Forum. Freelance work including Nokia's largest corporate event. David's expertise lies in project managing the complete process from concept to delivery developing strong business relationships with constant communication and project updates delivering to brief and to deadline.

James Agnew - Associate

James brings 41 years of private and public sector business experience to the team.

One of James's major accomplishments was to develop & facilitate business networks for those identified & evidenced industrial sectors, that would help drive the resurgence of Cornwall's ‘knowledge' economy.

James, in collaboration with others, has encouraged and facilitated a collective approach to Skills & Training using the European Social Fund (ESF). This was the first time such a collaborative framework had been developed, and put in place, anywhere in the UK .

James understands that the backbone of any economy is the attitude, aptitude & skills, developed at an early stage in young people.

Simon Richardson PGCE – International Director
After growing up in Johannesburg and Dubai , Simon Richardson graduated from Exeter University with an Honours degree in Economics and Geography.  He started out with Marks and Spencers PLC buying house in South Africa where he handled the procurement and logistics of their fresh fruit and vegetable export program.  Simon was then put in charge of sourcing products for international aid programs before moving on to running his own international trading firm "Lowtide Imports" which took him to a wide variety of countries such as Indonesia, Mexico and Australia. Simon has developed and carried out many entrepreneurship master-classes and tutorials in association with Enterprise Business Partnership and Young Enterprise.  He has authored a wide range of interactive educational resources in departments varying from Modern Foreign Languages to Business and Marine Studies.
